Summer, 2016
Posted on May 22nd, 2016

Happy lat May, 2016, blog lovers.  Jeesh, it's been far too long since we've said ANYTHING about our web site.  Oh, well, better late than never.
Sarah and I just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, which is hard to believe, but...time flies when you're having fun.  And it HAS been quite a wonderful 10 years, for the most part.  Lost my father on Feb. 18, 2014...that was tough.  Now it's just, Dan, dad still held in my heart, but can't talk to them in person anymore. Sad.
Sarah's painting up a storm.  She had another great class at PAAM with Vicky Tomayko (her friends Nancy Nicol and Robert Shreefter took the class, too), and she has a bunch of wonderful new work, some of which will be shown at the Cove Gallery in Wellfleet this summer, as Larry & Liane Biron want to represent her.  Very cool. Check out their web site at
I recently had published my 7th (!) book, Objects as Subjects: The Significance of Objects in Alfred Hitchcock's Films (McFarland, 2016), which can be accessed on the McFarland web site at  or on our web site by clicking a button.  Enjoy!
More anon. Yours in the arts, Marc & Sarah
